UrbanSpirit is located west of downtown Louisville near the
I-64/22nd St interchange.
From I-64/downtown and points East
Go west from downtown to the 22nd Street exit. Off the ramp, come to
a 4-way stop sign. Go through (after stop) and come to a stop light.
Turn right onto Portland Ave, go 4 blocks, and turn left onto 26th
Street. Go 1½ blocks, and see our sign on the right. The retreat
house is immediately past the church building. Check in there. Park
on the street or in the lot next to the church.
From I-64/St. Louis
Go east through Indiana until you cross the Ohio River into
Kentucky. Stay on I-64 (it splits to accommodate I-264), and take
the 22nd Street exit. Off the ramp, come to a stop light. Turn right
onto Portland Ave, go 4 blocks, and turn left onto 26th Street. Go
1½ blocks, and see our sign on the right. The retreat house is
immediately past the church building. Check in there. Park on the
street or in the lot next to the church.
From I-65/Indianapolis or Bowling Green
Take I-65 N or S to downtown Louisville, where it will split from
I-64. Follow I-64 W, to the 22nd Street exit. Off the ramp, come to
a 4-way stop sign. Go through (after stop) and come to a stop light.
Turn right onto Portland Ave, go 4 blocks, and turn left onto 26th
Street. Go 1½ blocks, and see our sign on the right. The retreat
house is immediately past the church building. Check in there. Park
on the street or in the lot next to the church.
From Downtown on surface streets
Take Broadway or Main west to 26th Street. Turn right (north) and go
several blocks until you see us on the left -- #448. If 26th Street
dead-ends at Portland Avenue, you missed it by one block.
From the Airport
From the terminal, follow the signs for I-264E/Downtown. From I-264,
take I-65N to downtown, and follow instructions above. |
